Colonial Roots

Directions to Colonial Roots Store at 17296 Coastal Highway (aka Route One)

Traveling from Wilmington and Points North of Lewes, Delaware on Route One (Coastal Highway):

Travelling South on Route One into Lewes, Delaware - as soon as you cross the Nassau Overpass look to your right. Our store building is a cottage style house painted yellow with dark purple and rose colored trim. We are directly accross the street from St. Jude's Catholic Church. If you get to the light/intersection with Route 9 you've gone too far South.

Travelling from Rehoboth, Dewey or Bethany Beaches: Go North on Route One, past Route 9 and Five Points - go about another 1/2 mile and look for our store on the lefthand side of the highway - our store sits back from the road next to and behind a Giant Billboard. It's a yellow 2 story cottage with dark purple trim. To get to the store you will need to be on the Southbound side of Route One. To do this you will have to pass our store and make a U-Turn right after the blinking lights (and just before the Nassau Overpass) and then look for the store on the right as you are coming back around...

From Washington, DC/Georgetown and Points West

Take Route 9 East towards Lewes until you get to Route 1/Coastal Highway (it is a very large intersection). You want to go North on Coastal Highway but there is no left turn allowed so you have to cross Coastal Highway and then take the jughandle on your right that says (Route 1 North. Once you are on Coastal Highway - go North about 1/2 mile. Look for our store on the lefthand side of the highway - our store sits back from the road next to and behind a large Billboard. It's a yellow two story cottage with dark purple trim. To get to the store you will need to be on the Southbound side of Route One. To do this you will have to pass our store and make a U-Turn right after the blinking lights (and just before the Nassau Overpass) and then look for the store on the right as you are coming back around...
